For on the card you can see a couple of posts below. Hares have teeth too, but you don't see them. You do see their eyes, and I think those are slightly freaky. You'd come across one of these guys in the field, and you'd be all like "Oh no! It's the hare-stare!"

Actually they don't do that. Hares run away. They can reach speeds of 75 km/h to loose everything that might want to eat them. Hence the long legs. It's pretty neat to see how those fold up when they are eating or laying down. That's why I liked drawing the stretching hare.

Sketching + inking in photoshop

It's hard to draw everything at once in photoshop, because you get a bit lost with space and pen sizes en whatever. But for this, that is perfect, since it is a good idea to first do your panel layout, and then add lettering in a fresh layer, draw the right right stuff in the right place in another layer, and then do that again, or start inking allready if stuff is defined enough. It stops me from messing around and it all looks oh-so-professional. Look:

Murphy's radioactive mutant twinsister from hell's law. That is what hit me. The last stressfull weeks of school were laced with poisoning, evil sinusitis, hysterical familymembers and more such drama. I'm smiling about it though, because that is what I do. There were also comics about martens made, and wierd tattoo experiences, wich I will all upload soon, making up for all the missed days with sweet art.

I just found out that using a gradient map adjustement layer to turn your pencil sketches into a workable grayscale thingy might be a better way that bothering with horrid things such as the levels. (that was a bloody long sentence) YAY. seriously, it works way better for me. but if anyone has a better idea, please feed me you precious knowledge..
